About Us
We offer to take your PC or laptop into our Derby based workshop for repair. Basic repairs to get you working again can normally be carried out on the same day. Older machines and laptops will generally take longer.
Repairs are normally carried out at our premises in Derby to minimise the cost to you, however, if necessary we will arrange to collect or deliver your machine for a small charge.
More comprehensive repairs (including upgrades and/or data and program retrieval may take longer.
We can arrange for a temporary replacement machine at minimal cost, should this be important to you.
